Frank Moore, 80, of Cleveland, TN, passed away Thursday, April 23, 2015 at his home.
Frank was the son of the late Gladys Irene Wright Moore and Elmer Moore; and was also preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Moore; daughter, Wanda Moore; granddaughter; April Moore; sister, Ada Moore; twin brother; Fred Moore; and brother, Cooney Moore.
Frank was the co-owner and operator of Housemovers Inc. where he moved houses his entire life. He loved the outdoors enjoying activities like camping and boat riding and attended the Baptist Church.
Survivors include his daughters, Kathy Doss and her husband Bobby, Anita Dixon, Samantha Bean and her husband Tom all of Cleveland; sons, Michael Moore and his wife Brenda, Bobby Moore and Hershel Dover all of Cleveland; step-son, Dean Bishop and his wife Jane of Cleveland; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
A Remembrance of Life Service will be held Monday, April 27, at 11 a.m. from the Wildwood Avenue Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Reverend Jim Hibbard officiating. Interment will follow in the Croft Chapel Cemetery, Copperhill, TN, with Bobby Moore, Hershel Dover, Michael Moore, Jr.,
P.D. Doss, Steven Vaughn, Bradley Dixon, Lynn Lawson and Davis Doss serving as casket bearers.
The family will receive friends Sunday, April 26, from 4-7 p.m. at the Wildwood Avenue Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes, who has charge of arrangements.
