Chattanooga-Wide Open House Is This Weekend

This weekend is the Chattanooga-wide open house weekend. Homes all over the city will be open on Sunday. The Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors (GCAR) has organized an open house event with all of its 1,400+ realtor members. Around 200 homes are expected to be open this weekend.
The Walldorf Team will have two beautiful homes open this weekend.

In years past, the National Association of Realtors organized this event, but the date always fell in May. In the Chattanooga area, May tends to be a time when everyone is finishing the school year and getting ready for summer. May is not the month when you get the most showings. GCAR moved the open house weekend to April, which was a great decision. April has been a busy month for Realtors in Chattanooga. April is bound to have good home sales numbers when the statistics come out from GCAR.

If you are curious about what your neighbor's house looks like, go to an open house this weekend. GCAR is offering a drawing to win a $500 Visa gift card to one of the lucky open house attendees. Come see the homes for sale in Chattanooga this weekend. If you have your own agent, be sure to tell the agent hosting the open house that you are working with someone. To see what homes are open this weekend, go to www.gcar.net/open-house-weekend. Have a great open house weekend.
