Paul W. McGinnis, of Red Bank, died with his family by his side, April 23, 2015 in a local hospital. 

He lived in Knoxville for 25 years before moving to Chattanooga. He was a local petroleum construction business owner for 35 years.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances McGinnis.

Survivors are his children, Rocky (Kim) McGinnis, Ricky (Sharon “Jake”) McGinnis, Vickie (Perry) Guess, Paul T. (Bailey) McGinnis; sister, Clara Mae (Junior) Griffey; nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 26, at Lane Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace with Reverend Bruce Galyon and Paul McGinnis officiating. Interment will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.  Pallbearers will be Allan Tonkin, Matthew McGinnis, Jeremy McGinnis, Nicholas Smoot, Cody McGinnis and Jimmy Griffey.

Visitation is from 6-9 p.m. on Friday, and 5-9 p.m. on Saturday, and one hour before the funeral service.
