David E. Williams, 47, of Cleveland, TN, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 in a local hospital.
David was born in Fort Worth, TX on June 4, 1967. He had worked for thirty plus years as a pool builder with Mathews Pool Company building many area pools. David was of the Church of God faith. He took his great joy by helping those around him in need.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles Sr. & Lois Williams and Lester & Mary Lee Mathews; and one sister-in-law, Evelyn Williams.
David is survived by his parents, Charles S. Williams Jr. and Ann Mathews Williams; his wife, Melody Prichard Williams;three children, Joshua Prichard and his wife Megan, Ashton Williams and Baylen Williams; two grandchildren, Jonas & Emery Prichard; one sister, Lois Williams Bunch and her husband Steve; one brother, Charlie Williams; numerous other extended family members; and a host of special friends.
A celebration of his life is planned for Friday, April 17 at 7 p.m. at the Mt. Olive Ministries located at 3522 Harrison Pike in Cleveland, TN with Reverend Clint Ledford and the Reverend James Sears officiating.
The family will receive friends at the church on Friday, April 17 from 4-7 p.m.
The family will assemble on Saturday, April 18 at 11 a.m. in the Mt. Olive Cemetery for the interment and committal service.
