Lora Ridge
Lora Pickett Ridge, 88, of Chattanooga, died on Sunday, March 29, 2015.
She was a member of Meadowview Baptist Church.
She will be remembered as Mama to everyone who walked in the door, and always putting others before herself.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Warner and Sally Pickett; beloved husband of 64 years, Charles Alvin Ridge, Sr.; two sisters, two brothers and two great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her two children, Chuck Ridge and wife Barbara, of Chattanooga and Larry Ridge and wife Nancy, of Ooltewah; eight grandchildren, Jessica Witherspoon and husband Cody, of Ooltewah, Angela Edwards and husband Matt, of Clarksville, TN, Andrea Blackwood, of Atlanta, Faith Stapleton and husband Michael, of Newman, GA, Allison Crook and husband Tommy, of Newman, GA, Heather Hanson and husband Lance, of Harrison, Jason Ridge and wife Jennifer, of Harrison and Trey Ridge, of N.C.; 10 great-grandchildren, Sidney Edwards, Madison Edwards, Sage Blackwood, Jetta Blackwood, Tyler Stapleton, Lincoln Stapleton, Phoebe Crook, McKaye Crook, Gracie Hanson and Luke Ridge.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 3, at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Reverend Al Miller officiating. Entombment will follow in the Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
