Theodoshie Holly Rice
Theodoshie Holly Rice, 47, died on March 30, 2015 in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
She was a graduate of Howard High School Class of 1986.
She enjoyed cooking, love plants and flowers; enjoyed walking and listening to music and taking care of people.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Milton Rice and sister, Barbara Jean Rice.
Survivors include her daughters, Gwendolyn Rice and Melissa R. Thomas; mother, Carolyn A. Rice; brother, Fredrick D. Rice; sisters, Carolyn V. Jackson, Terry R. Rice, Sherry S. Rice; nine nephews, three nieces, and a host of great-nephews and nieces; a special friend, Timothy Lowery and family and friends., all of Chattanooga.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 4, at 11 a.m. at Stephen’s Temple CPC Church with Elder Ernest Jefferson Officiating. Interment will be in Highland Cemetery.
The body will lie in state after noon on Friday, April 3, and the family will receive friends from 7–8 p.m. at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
