Johnny L. T. N. Potter, 67, of East Ridge, Tennessee, died unexpectedly on Sunday, March 1, 2015 at his home.

The son of the late Foster and Bonnie Romines Potter, he was a native of South Pittsburg, and a graduate of Chicago Academy of Fine Arts in Chicago. He attended New Life Baptist Church and was a member of Marion Lodge #515 F&AM in South Pittsburg. He retired from Pathway Press in Cleveland, TN having worked as a Graphic Design Artist for several years. 

He was also preceded in death by his nephew, Paul Potter.

Johnny was a very good man and a wonderful father.  He was loved and will be missed.

He is survived by his children, Dallon (Jennifer) Potter of Red Bank, Nichole Potter of Lupton City, TN and Richard Potter (fiancé, Briley Goss) of Fort Oglethorpe; step-son, Stephen Mitchell; grandchildren, Tanner Potter, Bayli Royer and Blayne Royer; sister, Glenda Eagle of New Hope, TN; brother, Paul Potter of Kimball; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at the South Pittsburg Chapel of Rogers Funeral Home on Thursday, March 5, at 1 p.m. with Reverend Frankie Morrow officiating.  Interment will follow at Cumberland View Cemetery in Kimball.
