Dereda C. Taylor age 78, of Powder Springs, GA and formerly of Murray County, passed away Sunday, March 22, 2015 at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Julia Taylor; and a sister, Catherine Quinn Taylor.
She is survived by her brother, Glynn Taylor of Dalton; and one niece and her husband, Loutrelle and Lamar Lyle of Dalton.
The funeral service will be held Friday, March 27, at 11 a.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Stacy Hensley officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 27 from 10-11 a.m. at the Julian Peeples Funeral Home, who has charge of the arrangements.
