Linda Mearile Nation, 63, of Georgetown, TN, passed away Saturday February 28, 2015 in a local hospital.
She was the daughter of the late Ora and Blossie Crisp; and was also preceded in death by her husband, James Nation; her companion, Dewayne Grissom; and her brothers and sisters, Carrie Covey, Ann Crisp, Dee Crisp, Shirley Grissom, Mack Crisp, Betty Crisp, Margie Grissom, William “Bill” Crisp and Gary Dale Crisp.
Survivors include her children, Lee Nation and his wife Paulette, Gail Childs and Josh Brown, Ronnie Crisp and his wife Pansy all of Cleveland, Michelle Sigler and her husband Rick of Charleston, Jason Nation and his wife Sheena of Cleveland, Stephanie Davis and Jackie Flowers of Georgetown; grandchildren, Isaiah Nation, Austin, Samantha Childs, Tamra, Kimmy, Shuree Crisp, Dalton, Dylan, Hope Sigler, Tanner, Lexi, Dakota Nation, Zachery, Jermiah and Layla Davis; brothers and sisters, Wade Crisp of Cleveland, Tony Crisp of Georgetown, Ethel “Bootsie” Rogers of Birchwood, Barbara Grissom of Cleveland, Christine Nation of Etowah, Katherine Ramsey of Georgetown and Patsy Guthrie of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews.
A Remembrance of Life service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 3 at River of Life Holiness Church, 167 Oak Grove Rd. Cleveland TN 37311 with Pastor Jimmy Porter, Rev. Warny Denton and Rev. Peggy Denton officiating. The interment will follow in the Shiloh cemetery in Meigs county.
The family will receive friends Monday, March 2 from 5-8 p.m. at the Wildwood Ave Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes, who has charge of the arrangements.
