Tennessee Valley Baseball Set Friday-Sunday

The second preseason Tennessee Valley Invitational, postponed last week because of wintry weather, will try again Feb. 27-March 1 at four different baseball sites around the county.

Games, determined by seven innings or a 2-hour, 15-minute time limit, will be played at Ooltewah, Soddy-Daisy, Lookout Valley and Red Bank high schools. Tournament fees are $100 or $50, if playing only one game.

Friday

4 p.m.

Central at Ooltewah, East Hamilton vs.

Signal Mountain at Red Bank, Rhea County at Soddy-Daisy, Boyd-Buchanan vs. Chattanooga Christian at Lookout Valley.

7 p.m.

Walker Valley vs. Sequoyah at Ooltewah, Whitwell vs. Grace at Red Bank, Notre Dame vs. McMinn County at Soddy-Daisy, Arts & Sciences vs. South Pittsburg at Lookout Valley.

Saturday

10 a.m.

Chattanooga Christian vs. McMinn Central at Ooltewah, Bledsoe County at Red Bank, Grace at Soddy-Daisy JV, Hixson vs. Boyd-Buchanan vs. Hixson at Lookout Valley.

12:30 p.m.

CAK vs. Walker Valley at Ooltewah, Sequatchie County vs. Sale Creek at Red Bank, Marion County vs. Arts & Sciences at Soddy-Daisy, Hixson at Lookout Valley.

3 p.m.

McMinn Central at Ooltewah, White County vs. Signal Mountain at Red Bank, Whitwell vs. Bledsoe County at Soddy-Daisy, Silverdale vs. South Pittsburg at Lookout Valley.

5:30 p.m.

CAK vs. McMinn County at Ooltewah, White County at Red Bank, Marion County vs. Tyner at Soddy-Daisy, Silverdale at Lookout Valley.

Sunday

1 p.m.

Franklin County at Ooltewah, Lincoln County at Soddy-Daisy.

4 p.m.

Franklin County vs. Walker Valley at Ooltewah, Lincoln County vs. Central at Soddy-Daisy.
