An open house has been set at the new Southside Flats on Williams Street.
The location is behind Clyde's on Main.
The open house will be Wednesday-Friday of this week from 5-7:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
David McLain, property manager, said the units include 10-foot+ ceilings, tall and wide windows, patio/balcony, central A/C system, electric heating system, on-site parking, controlled-access lobby and tenant portal for online payments and account access.
There will be refreshments and gift card drawings.
