It will begin at 6219 Lee Hwy. at the Memorial and will break at the National Cemetery near the grave sites of SSgt Wyatt and CPO Smith. From there it will go through downtown, across the Walnut Street Bridge then across Veterans Bridge, out Amnicola Highway and ending at the Riverpark near the Navy/Marine Corps Reserve Unit.  The total distance will be 16.5 miles.

Ruck packs are strongly encouraged. Weight is optional but has been recommended at 38 pounds (7+16+15).  The group will average 4.5 miles an hour.

The march will be fully supported with safety vehicles and intermittent breaks. Lunch and shuttle service will be provided at the end of the march.

Due to the unusual nature of this event it has been capped at 150 participants.  There will be no "day-of" or "walk-up" registration.  This is not a competitive event, it is a memorial.
