Maria Garrison, 54, has been arrested after she allegedly invaded another woman’s home with a man, and assaulted her repeatedly.

The victim told officers that Ms. Garrison and the other man came in through an open sliding glass door and that they knocked her to the floor, hitting her.

She said that the man held her down so the defendant could assault her.

She also stated that he had taken her phone from her and would not let her get up.

Eventually, she said, she was able to sneak out of her home and make it to a neighbor's house to call 911.

The officer noted that she had a swollen upper lip, a large bruise on her left cheek, and another on her left arm. She also had vomit in her hair and she told the officer that she had thrown up during the struggle.

Ms. Garrison’s bond has been set at $50,000.
