Smoking And Shooting - And Response

A smoke free community?  How about a let's walk down the street and not get shot at community.

Is this the best our leaders can do?

I agree with Tony.  While this is a great goal and worth pursuing, I feel that our leaders need to focus more on letting us be able to enjoy the outdoors without the fear of getting shot down. Once that issue is under control, then pursue the non-smoking idea.
