Joy Hoover
Joy D. Hoover has joined Polsinelli as an associate.
Ms. Hoover is part of the firm’s Corporate and Transactional Practice, and uses her expertise speaking fluent Spanish, proficient French and extensive studies in German and Arabic to handle various multicultural clients.
At Polsinelli, she will focus on helping clients with all aspects of their businesses, including contract negotiations, organization and planning, corporate governance and purchases, and sales of stock and assets.
Polsinelli’s Chattanooga office opened in the spring of 2013 and represents clients in a variety of industries including a global IP company, large chemical manufacturers, banking and financial institutions, health care providers and more.
