Sammy Smith, 59, of Dunlap, Tennessee, passed away Friday evening, October 9, 2015.
He was a member of the Lee Station Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather, wonderful artist and avid facebook fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Mary Jane Smith; sister, Betty Lou Smith; and brother, Terry Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie Smith; daughter, Jennifer Rae (Ronnie) Doss, McMinnville; three grandchildren, Thomas Eugene, Maryjane Grace and Sammie Rae Doss; two sisters, Barbara (David) Bean, Pelham and Judy Harville, Dunlap; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Oct. 12 at 1 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Brother Bill Wolfe officiating. Burial will be in Collier Cemetery.
