Carla Denise Steele, 46, of 111 East Avenue, Flintstone was arrested September 25 on charges of battery and aggressive driving.

Ronda Rene McDaniel, 49, of 1315 Carriage Drive, Chattanooga was arrested September 25 on charges of battery and aggressive driving.

Allen Dale Joubert, 58, of 35 Holli Lane, Rossville was arrested September 25 for simple battery.

Isiah Malik Buckels, 17, of 25 Garth Street, Rossville was arrested September 26 on charges of driving without a license and laying drags.

Jorge Alberto Mejia Castillo, 18, of 7727 Ridge Bay Drive, Hixson was arrested September 26 for driving while unlicensed.

Hernandez Baron Heriberto, 24, of 4301 North Port, Tuscaloosa, AL was arrested September 26 for driving while unlicensed.

Steven Anthony Hall, 23, of 87 Lowery Lane, Ringgold was arrested September 27 on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked and speeding.

Lisa Renee Headrick, 48, of 8122 Royal Drive, Chattanooga was arrested September 28 on charges of possession of schedule II, drugs not in original container and obstruction of law enforcement.

Gary Luke Roach, 53, of 285 South Forrest Drive, Chickamauga was arrested September 28 on charges of possession of schedule II and drugs not in original container.

William Michael Anderson, 18, of 110 All Good Street, Rossville was arrested September 29 on charges of racing on highways or streets and too fast for conditions.

Wesley Michael Stockman, 18, of 11 Cleo Drive, Chickamauga was arrested September 29 on charges of racing on highways or streets and too fast for conditions.

Richard D. Flemister, 59, of 121 Ed Winters Drive, Ringgold was arrested September 30 on charges of terroristic threats and acts, simple battery, party to a crime, fleeing and attempting to elude, speeding, failure to maintain lane, simple assault and theft by shoplifting.

Shelby Atlanta-Marie Kerr, 20, of 16 Cherry Lane, Rossville was arrested September 30 for theft by shoplifting.

Marlyn Melissa Cudd, 31, of 312 Cleveland Street, Ringgold was arrested September 30 for theft by shoplifting.

Christopher Evan Hicks, 24, of 601 James Street, Rossville was arrested September 30 for theft by shoplifting.
