Chattanooga – See Matthew McConaughey star in “Interstellar,” the story of the first astronaut to travel through a wormhole through Jan.

31 at the Tennessee Aquarium IMAX Theater.

Granville – Take your sweetheart to the dinner theater featuring “A Mayberry Valentine” through Feb. 13 in the T.B. Sutton General Store.

Tiptonville – Catch a glimpse of bald eagles and waterfowls during the annual Eagle Tours 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays at Reelfoot Lake State Park. Tickets are $5.

Nashville – The Nashville Symphony will perform Beethoven’s Seventh as part of the Aegis Sciences Classical Series at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Tickets are $25.

Memphis – Celebrate Elvis’ 80th birthday with special guests, speakers, a night vigil, music, and more at Graceland.

Nashville – See the phenomenon that is Blue Man Group at Tennessee Performing Arts Center’s Andrew Jackson Hall.

Bristol – See Fran Leadon and Leigh Anderson, a husband-wife team who have been recording the entire Carter family catalogue, who will perform the Carter Family Project Concert7 p.m. in the Performance Theater at the Birthplace of Country Music Museum. Tickets are $10.

Chattanooga – Witness one of the largest winter flocks of Sandhill cranes in the Southeast while sailing along the River Gorge Explorer.

Jackson – Cellist Steven Thomas performs Mozart’s most well-known piece “Eine Kleine Nachtmusik” for a memorable musical experience 7:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 1627 N. Highland Ave., Jackson, TN.

Spring City – Jam to music by Emi Sunshine and The Rain 7:30 p.m. at the Tennessee Valley Theatre. Tickets are $10.

Union City – Learn the “Physics of Flight” with a view of nature’s first fliers, life science lessons, and modern engineering 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. in the ATA Traveling Exhibit Hall at Discovery Park of America.

Nashville – Learn what it takes to write a song during a songwriter session featuring Erin Enderlin and Ryan Beaver 11:30 a.m. at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.

Pigeon Forge – Titanic Pigeon Forge will be closed due to maintenance.

Nashville – Enjoy a Pinot Noir wine tasting and fundraiser presented by The Bacchanalian Society of Nashville 7:30 p.m. at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $15.

Nashville – Experience Kenny Rogers performing live with the Nashville Symphony at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Tickets start at $25.

Nashville – “Tina Barney: The Europeans,” a selection of large-scale color portraits that depict upper-class Europeans in their homes will run through May 10, 2015 in the Ingram Gallery at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts.

New Johnsonville – A volunteer workday is scheduled in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day 1-4 p.m. at Johnsonville State Historic Park.

Memphis – Ignite the Dream and make crafts, enjoy the neon light puppet show, stories and more as part of the MLK Day, Happy Birthday Dr. King event 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Children’s Museum of Memphis.
