The Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors has awarded the 2014 Realtor of the Year to Geoff Ramsey of RE/MAX Properties. The Realtor of the Year is awarded to a realtor in recognition of his or her civic, business and industry/organizational contributions.
The GCAR Awards Committee received nominations from the general membership. After reviewing the nominees, several compelling reasons made the committee choose Geoff Ramsey as the 2014 recipient. Committee Chairman, Randy Durham stated that “Ramsey’s financial and volunteer time/support of St.
Jude Children’s Research Hospital, RPAC, and the GCAR make him stand out from the crowd and embodies all that it means to be a realtor."
Geoff Ramsey has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Last year he was honored by receiving REAL Trends “Best Real Estate Agents in America” designation. This year will be the third year that Geoff has been a major sponsor of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway. He was recently elected to serve on the GCAR board of directors.
