The Bi-Lo shopping complex at 7804 East Brainerd Road has been sold.
Ziff Properties, Inc. announced the acquisition of East Brainerd Shopping Center, a Super BI-LO-anchored retail property. The 64,777-square-foot center sold for $4.75 million. Susan Bands of Marcus & Millichap NYC represented the seller. Ziff Properties was self-represented by COO and director of Acquisitions Christian Chamblee.
Mr. Chamblee said of the acquisition, “We are pleased to extend our portfolio into the Chattanooga market. We have plans to improve the center and further solidify its importance to the surrounding neighborhoods.”
