The 2015 version of the Braves' Caravan consisted of one player, catcher Christian Bethancourt, who will be the starting catcher for Atlanta this year, one former catcher, Javy Lopez, one current Braves first base coach who also was a National League All-Star, Terry Pendleton, one former pitcher who was a member of the 1985 Kansas City Royals World Championship team before becoming a Brave, Charlie Leibrandt, two young players working to earn a spot on the Braves' Opening Day roster, Cedric Hunter and Phil Gosselin, and a former Braves outfielder, Marquis Grissom.
Before meeting the fans, the media spent time interviewing each of the Braves and ex-Braves.
A nice group of fans were at the Chattanooga Academy Sports + Outdoors facility on Thursday afternoon where they got autographs and chatted with the players.
