Rosie Lee Morrison, 94, of Dalton, GA, passed away Monday, January 26, 2015 at Ridgewood Manor.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Morrison, Sr.; son, J.C. Morrison Jr.; daughter-in-law, Rosalie Morrison; daughter, Dianne Pearson; son-in-law, J.B. Harrell; grandson, Scott Harrell; great- grandson, C.J. Parker; and several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Stella Harrell, Laura and Waymon Kile and David Pearson; son and daughter-in-law, David and Darlene Morrison all of Dalton; 19 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home on Thursday, January 29, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Tommy Crider and Rev. Keely Hasty officiating.
Burial will be in Poplar Springs Cemetery
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 28, from 5-9 p.m.
