Here are upcoming activities for Cleveland City Schools:

Cleveland Middle School hosts the National Geographic Bee on Monday, January 26, 7:00 pmin the CMS Theater.  The winner of this school-level competition will be given the opportunity to test for the state-level bee in March.  For more information contact Jim Stansel, 423-479-9641,jstansel@clevelandschools.org.
 


WRCB Chief Meteorologist Paul Barys will visit the Mayfield Elementary School fourth grade classes on Tuesday, January 27.  For more information contact Kelly Kiser, 423-472-4541,kkiser@clevelandschools.org.
 
Cleveland High School Counseling Office will provide a FAFSA Information Session onTuesday, January 27, 3:00-6:00 pm at Cleveland State Community College.  High school seniors and their parents can drop-in and receive financial aid help from Financial Aid Advisers and CHS Counselors.  For more information contact Becky Guthrie, 423-478-1113,bguthrie@clevelandschools.org

Cleveland High School Athletic Department will host the Hoops 4 Hope Autism Awareness Basketball Games vs. Walker Valley on Friday, January 30 at Cleveland Middle School.  CHS basketball teams are partnering with Lee University; teams are selling $10 t-shirts to raise money for the Lee University Developmental Inclusion Classroom (LUDIC).  For more information contact Mindy Kiser,423-478-1113mkiser@clevelandschools.org.
