Leonard Witherow, 84, died on January 19, 2015 at a local hospital.
He served in the U.S. Army and retired from TVA.
Survivors include his include his children, Leonard Anthony Witherow, Chattanooga; Angela (LeVaughn) Flanders, Fort Oglethorpe; Jermaine Nelson, Ooltewah; Delores Taylor, Houston; sister, Louvenia Hobbs; a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 27, at Holy Temple Church of God in Christ with Pastor Kenny Simms officiating. Interment will be in National Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church.
