Motel On Williams Street Sold For $2,850,000

One of the cluster of motels on Williams Street near the exit to Lookout Mountain has sold for $2,850,000.

The sale was for the Red Roof Plus Suites at 2341 Williams.

The buyer is Lebanon Investment Group.

The sale is from Shailesh N. Patel, Dhaval N. Patel, Manojbhai Patel, Vinodbhai Patel, Vinodbhai M Patel, and Shiv Partnership.
