Site Of New Boutique Hotel On Walnut Street Sold For $2,350,000

The site of a new 90-room boutique hotel on Walnut Street near the Walnut Street Bridge has been sold for $2,350,000.

The sale was to Vision Hospitality, which plans to begin work soon on the project after demolishing the former dentist office building.

The sale is from Claudette C Braly, Claudette C Braly Tr, Residuary Trust Under Will Of Thomas E Braly Jr, Berke Family Partnership, Walnut Street Enterprises.
