2 Arrested In Bradley County On Burglary And Theft Charges

Two men have been arrested on burglary and theft charges in Bradley County. 

Members of the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office’s Criminal Investigation Division charged Randall Lee Edwards, 41, and Roy V. Godfrey, 45, with the burglary of Tennessee Liquidators on Buchanan Circle.

Several items were reported stolen from the business on Wednesday, including several boxes of over-the-counter medications, two pre-paid phones and pocketknives.

A woman’s purse was also reported stolen.

Both Godfrey and Edwards were charged with burglary and theft over $500. Godfrey was booked into the Bradley County Jail. Edwards was already in custody on unrelated charges.

Sheriff Watson commended the Criminal Investigations Division for its diligence in working the case and making the arrests this week.
