“Visionary Parenting” Author Speaks At Silverdale Baptist Academy Oct. 21

  • Monday, September 29, 2014

First Things First and Silverdale Baptist Academy will host Visionary Parenting with author and relationship expert, Rob Rienow, on Tuesday, Oct. 21.  This event will be held at Silverdale Baptist Academy, 7236 Bonny Oaks Dr., from 7-9 p.m.

The seminar is designed to encourage parents and equip them with the skills to pass along faith and good moral character to their children and grandchildren, said officials.

“The parenting journey is full of twists and turns,” says FTF president and CEO Julie Baumgardner. “With Visionary Parenting, Rob Rienow helps parents take the lead in family worship, and encourages them to model this message of faith before their children.”

Mr. Rienow and his wife, Amy, are the proud parents of seven children. They are the founders of Visionary Family Ministries, a ministry designed to inspire parents and grandparents to disciple their children, to help couples create mission driven-marriages, and to equip churches to build Bible-driven ministries.  Mr. Rienow shares the message of family discipleship at national and international conferences.

There is no cost to attend this seminar but registration is required.  Pre-register online at firstthings.org or by calling 267-5383.
