Freeman, Aaron Moses (Crossville)

Aaron Moses Freeman, 84, of Crossville, TN, passed away on Monday, September 15, 2014.

 

He was retired from Cooper Energy and was an advocate of organic gardening. He was a member of the Winesap Freewill Baptist Church in Crossville, Tn. and the Lake Carroll Baptist Church in Tampa, FL.

 

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Stanaland Freeman; step-daughter, Melissa Kimball; daughters, Priscilla (Doug) Williams, Merrie (Carl) Sand and Rita (Jim) Roberts; a sister, Alice (Cecil) Bacon; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hiram and Lillie Freeman; and his brothers, Utah, Jay and Ray Freeman.

 

A Celebration of Aaron’s Life will be held Saturday, September 20, at noon at the Winesap Freewill Baptist Church on Newton Rd, with Bro. Rudy Oakes and Rev. Dr. Leslie Rust officiating.

 

The family will receive friends there beginning at 11 a.m.
