Charlotte Welton Burrows
Charlotte Welton Burrows, 51, died on Tuesday, September 16, 2014.
She was a native of Chattanooga and a resident of Harrison. Charlotte was an extremely gifted artist who loved oil painting. She was a member of Bayside Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Scott Burrows.
Survivors include her daughter, Heather (Tristan) Barker, of Lafayette, Ga., son, Paul (Jessica) Clark, of Ringgold, parents, Lloyd and Marilyn Welton, of Harrison, two brothers, Lyman (Rindi) Welton, of Punta Gorda, Fl., Sam (Marsha) Welton, of Decatur, Tn., three grandchildren, Colton, Julie and Sydney Barker and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20, in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Reverend Grady Cooper officiating.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. on Saturday, at the funeral home.
