Robert Douglas Hudson, 68, of Rossville, Georgia, died on Tuesday, September 16, 2014.
He was born to the late Charlie and Susie Hudson on Nov. 18, 1945 in Chattanooga. He served in the National Guard and was the former plant manager for MFG Chemical Company. Doug enjoyed fishing and Ridgeland High School football. He was a loving husband, father and D-Dad.
Survivors include his wife, Sherryl Hudson of Rossville, daughter and son-in-law, Kim and John Eller of Austell, three sons and two daughters-in-law, Shawn Hudson, Chris and Stacey Hudson, all of Rossville, Patrick and Cheryle Hudson of Dunlap, six grandchildren, Shelby and Tessa Hudson, Laney Lewis, J.T. Eller, Celeste Hudson and Grayson Eller, great-granddaughter, Trinity Nevaeh Biller.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, Sept. 20, after noon with a memorial service to follow in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m.
