A married couple has been charged with a home burglary on Maplewood Lane.

A woman called police after she said she saw Tymera Roeber-Lesley coming out of one of her neighbor's homes with a box of items.

She said she asked Ms. Roeber-Lesley what she was doing and Ms. Roeber-Lesley replied, "Getting my things."

The woman said she saw Ms. Roeber-Lesley's husband, John Lesley, parked in a red Saturn down the road.

However, she said when Lesley saw her, he drove away. She said at this point, Ms. Roeber-Lesley became angry and demanded to know where her husband went.

She said Ms. Roeber-Lesley dropped the box, saying "You can keep it."

However, when the woman came back outside after calling the police, she said the box was gone. She told police she assumed the couple came back for it.

Both Lesley, 50, and Ms. Roeber-Lesley, 31, were later arrested and charged with aggravated burglary.
