Tuesday Prep Soccer Round Up

The East Ridge girls soccer team earned a golden goal winner Tuesday night, beating Red Bank 5-4 in double overtime. 

East Ridge led 2-0 at the half.  The nets were rockin in the second half with the game ending in regulation at 4-4.  East Ridge would not find the game winner until three minutes into the golden goal overtime. 

East Ridge goals were scored by Serena Smith, Kayla Deck, Emily Spiers, Abby Sweatman and Jordan Henry.

 Red Bank goals were scored by Abby Medrano 2, Kiki Evers and Jo Morales

Shots: ER 10 - RB 10

 

East Ridge Overall Record: 4-5; A/AA District 6 Record: 4-1

 

The Chattanooga Christian School girls soccer team traveled to Signal Mountain and came home with a 1-1 tie. 

Sara Farlett scored for CCS in the 44th minute assisted by Hannah Henry.  Signal Mountain scored in the 65th minute.
