The Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum has announced its schedule for the family friendly Halloween Eerie Express Funhouse. The 6th annual Eerie Express Funhouse is an hour and a half Fall experience leaving from Grand Junction Depot at 4119 Cromwell Road in Chattanooga.
The event features include a "pick your own pumpkin patch" and petting zoo, a train excursion through tunnels and over bridges, storytelling, tour through the gentle thrills Eerie Express Fun House, hot cider, black light mini golf, games, temporary tattoos, coloring pages, ride back to Grand Junction, and a bag of treats for the children.
The Funhouse is a 20-room, 2,000 square foot Halloween treat.
"The Eerie Express is a family favorite during the Fall season, here at TVRM," said Steve Freer, spokesperson. "We love to see all the families with their children and grandchildren join us for a wonderful time here in our Funhouse", he added.
The Halloween Eerie Express will be running on Oct. 10, 11, 17, 18, 24 and 25, and train departure times are nightly 5:45 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. "The Eerie Express is a seasonal favorite and a typical sellout, so advance ticket purchase is highly recommended," officials said.
