Hettie Delores Watts, 82, of Chattanooga, died on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at her home.

She was a member of the Red Hill Community Church and a member of the Eastern Star.  She also enjoyed gardening, church, and her beloved family. 

She was preceded in death by her husband of 15 years, Jack E. Watts and her parents, Herman and Verdie Lee Keener.

Survivors include her children, Brenda (Lloyd) Parker of Hixson, James Larry Dykes of Dunlap, Patricia (Bobby) Shaw of Chattanooga, Henry J. (Tammie) White of Dunlap, Regina (Gary) Stanfield of Chattanooga, sisters, Margaret (Dennis) Elliott of Jasper, Bonnie (Stanley) Locke of Memphis, Ann Carter of Rossville an Iva (Don) Beasley of Dayton, brother, Marvin (June) Keener of Chattanooga, eight grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 2, at 10 a.m. in the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home with the Reverend Brad Bryant and Reverend Jason Bryant officiating.  Burial will follow at the Keener Hill Cemetery, Pikeville, Tn.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, Aug. 31, from 4-8 p.m., and Monday, from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Arrangements are by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory at the end of Historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
