Margaret Weber
Margaret Marshall “Marsha” Knowlton Weber, 73, of Ooltewah, Tennessee, died on Aug. 28, 2014.
Marsha was born in Gadsden, Al., on Aug. 2, 1941.
She graduated from Claymont Delaware High School in 1958. She went on to earn a bachelor of arts degree from Wooster College in 1963 as well as a bachelor's in Occupational Therapy from the U.S. Army. She worked as an occupational therapist for almost 50 years having served in the U.S. Army for three years, and was a member of the St. Thaddeus Episcopal Church
Marsha was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Joseph Weber, Jr., and her parents, John Bradford Knowlton and Margaret Walker Knowlton.
Marsha is survived by three daughters, Catherine Jill Powers, Virginia, Christina Lynn Watson, Alabama, and Laura Lee Kemp, Arizona; Sisters, Linda Appel, Eleanor Skross; brothers, Brad Knowlton, Randy Knowlton; 14 grandchildren; and three great-granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Ronald McDonald House and the American Lung Association.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to St. Thaddeus Episcopal Church family and Chattanooga Funeral Home, Valley View Chapel.
Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 30, at Saint Thaddeus Episcopal Church with Reverend David Hackett officiating.
The family will receive friends at 4 p.m. on Saturday, until the time of service at Saint Thaddeus Episcopal Church, 4300 Locksley Lane, Chattanooga, Tn. 37416.
Arrangements are by the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist, 7414 Old Lee Highway.
