Crime Stoppers: Identity Theft At Academy Sports

Crime Stoppers and the Chattanooga Police Department are seeking information regarding an identity theft case from July. 

The suspect was caught on camera at an Academy Sports store in Chattanooga. The suspect used the victim’s identity to open a credit card and later made charges at several different locations in the Chattanooga area. The suspect charged over $700 to the credit account.     

He is a white male and is seen in the photographs using the credit card. 

Anyone with information on this identity theft suspect should call Crime Stoppers. A confidential call could result in a cash reward.
