Patricia P. Harris, 72, of Cohutta, GA, passed away Monday, August 25, 2014 at Hamilton Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Evelyn Prather.
Mrs. Harris was a veteran of the Carpet industry having worked for Cumberland Mills and Mohawk-Durkan as a designer.
She is survived by her husband, James Harris of the residence; daughter and son-in-law, Vickie and Phillip Trollinger of Dawnville; sons, Jay Harris of Chatsworth and Tom Harris of Ringgold; sister, Pinnie Mathis of Cassville; grandchildren, Heather Ingle, Ashley Staten, Colby Harris, Lake Harris, Oraya Harris, Zoe Harris, Qwynly Harris and Willow Harris; great-grandchildren, Johnathan Ingle, Anabelle Ingle, Karli Allen, Bentley Trollinger.
The funeral service will be held Thursday, August 28 at 7 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home, with Pastor Steve Sullivan officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, August 28 from 4-7 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
