A Chattanooga man was arrested after police said he followed a man in his car and blocked him in on Kenyon Road while another man began shooting at the man's vehicle.

When police arrived, Antoine Greenhill said five or six shots had been fired at him. Police noted that his tires had been shot out and that one bullet had hit the driver side door.

He said the man who opened fire had been hiding in the bushes.

A house on the street was also hit by several of the bullets.

Mr. Greenhill did not recognize the shooter, but he knew the driver's nickname and address. Based on this, the driver was eventually identified as 19-year-old Darius Lomnick.

Lomnick was charged with multiple counts of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.

Bond was set at $60,000.
