Patricia Wright Elmore, 62, died on August 20, 2014 at a local health care facility. 

She was a 1970 graduate of Howard High School.  She attended UTC and Chattanooga State.  She held a license as a real estate agent.

She was formerly employed at American National Bank, DuPont, Century 21 and Provident. She was a member of Greater Faith Temple Missionary Baptist Church; enjoyed reading, traveling and work.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Jessie M. Carter Wright; grandparents, Robert and Ethel Carter; three sisters; one brother, one niece and one great-niece.

Survivors include her son, Paul Pinkenton III; sisters, Jessie Hudgins and Madelene Fuller; brother, David Wright; five grandchildren; three nieces; four nephews; a host of other relatives and friends.  

Special thanks to Dr. Carter, Rev. Jones, Fay Sharp, Rick, Staff and Management of Alexian Brothers and Standifer Place.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, Aug. 25, at noon in the chapel with Dr. Nathaniel Carter and Reverend Eric Jones officiating.  Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.

The body will lie in state after noon on Sunday, Aug. 24, at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
