Jacqueline Lee Drain, 62, of Chatsworth, GA, died on Thursday, August 14, 2014 at her home.
Jacqueline was born February 5, 1952 in Detroit, MI to the late Melvin Thomas and Phyllis Denhard Blalock. She worked for Hamilton Home Health.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Paul Drain of the residence; sons and daughter-in-law, Keith Drain of Chatsworth, GA and Kenneth and Lisa Drain of Dalton, GA; daughters, Valerie Drain of Chatsworth, GA and Ashley Sewell of Dalton, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ronald and Judy Blalock of Spring Hill, TN, Edward and Dianne Blalock of Brighton, MI and James Blalock of Wayne, MI; sisters and brothers-in-law, Donna and Roger Rhodarmer of Harrison, MI, Janette and Fred Perry of Wayne, MI; grandchildren, Amber, Brittany and Curtis Drain; great-grandchildren, Reyna and Isaac Mateo; and several nieces and nephews.
Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Jacqueline Lee Drain will be held Tuesday August 19, at 11 a.m. at the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Pastor Allen Bunch and Reverend Keith Jackson officiating. Interment will follow in the United Memorial Gardens.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, August 17, at 6 p.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel, 138 Melrose Drive, Dalton.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-9 p.m. on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, August 16, 17 and 18.
