Cindy N. Parrish, 73, of Covington, Georgia, died on Saturday, July 5, 2014.
She was born to the late Floyd and Letha Nation, on July 18, 1940. Cindy was a devoted wife and mother. She was a retired artist.
Cindy was preceded in death by her husband, Bjorn Axelsson, son Ira Parrish, and sister, June Gunlock.
Cindy is survived by her brother, Steve Nation, of Buckhead, Ga., sister, Starr Holland, of Willis, Tx., stepdaughter, Karen Axelsson of Orinda, Ca., and a half sister, Elizabeth Marshall of Tyler, Tx.
Visitation will be held for Cindy from 6-9 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
Graveside services for Cindy will be on Thursday, July 10, at 11 a.m. at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
