American Legion Holds Golf Tournament Aug. 23

William E. Blair Post 95 of the American Legion will hold its annual golf tournament on Saturday, Aug. 23 at the Brown Acres Golf Club. Sign-in is at 7:30 a.m. with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. 

Now is the time to start getting your teams together. Registration is $75 per person or $300 per four person team for this select shot tournament. Flights and cash prizes will depend on the number of teams registered. There will be a $5000 hole in one prize available. Registrations must be paid by August 20.

After the tournament there will be food and an awards ceremony at the Legion Hall located at 3329 Ringgold Road in East Ridge. Registration forms can be picked up at the post or at area golf courses. For further information contact the post at 624-9105.
