Anna Lewis
Anna Marcia "Marcy" Ellis Lewis, 50, of LaFayette, Georgia, died on Friday, July 25, 2014.
She was born in Fort Oglethorpe, to the late Edward A. anad Doris Pauline Akins Ellis. She was a lifelong resident of Walker County, and was of the Baptist faith. She had worked at the Roper Corporation for the past 27 years. She enjoyed going to estate sales and was a classic car enthusiast.
She is survived by her daughter, Shelby Lewis of Summerville, Ga., twin sister, Maria Hickey of Ringgold, brother, Steve Ellis of Flintstone, several nieces, nephews and her beloved dogs.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 26, from 5–9 p.m. and Sunday, after 9 a.m., prior to the service.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 27, in the chapel with Pastor Steve Wells officiating. Burial will follow at Grand Center Cemetery – Chickamauga.
