Willey, Clarence Baker "Jack" (Rising Fawn)

Clarence Baker “Jack” Willey, 89, of Rising Fawn, GA and formerly of Port St. John, FL, died Tuesday, July 22, 2014. 

He was born November 6, 1924 in Paragould, AR to the late Jeff Willey and Eva Shehorn Willey. Mr. Willey was a U.S. Army Veteran serving during World War II and Korea and as a recruiter.

Survivors include his brother, Richard Willey and his wife Dortha; sister, Anna Lou Rhoads; and nieces and nephews, Dwayne Baron, Joyce Hall, Teresa Riggs and Dan Willey.

Funeral services will be Thursday, July 24, at 1 p.m. in the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Dan Willey officiating. Interment will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12-1 p.m. on Thursday, July 24.

Memorial donations may be to the American Legion.

Chattanooga Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.
