Brenda Griggs, 71, of Rocky Face, GA, passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at Hamilton Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her son, Buck Griggs; parents, George and Bunnie Henderson; four brothers; and three sisters.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Connie and Doug McGill of Dalton, Patsy and James Mooney of Rocky Face and Audrey and Greg Thomason of Rocky Face; a son and daughter-in-law, David and Renee Griggs of Rocky Face; eight grandchildren; and wight great-grandchildren
The funeral service will be Thursday, July 17, at 5 p.m. in the Westside Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Junior Williams officiating. Burial will follow at the West Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, July 17, from 2-5 p.m.
