Reva Thompson Parham, of Red Bank, died on Thursday, April 24, 2014, after a long battle with cancer.  She was 94.

Reva was born in Decatur, Tn., and was a 1939 graduate of Central High School.  She has been a sales person for Miller Brothers Department Store, a bookkeeper for McWhorter Drugs and Arps Pharmacy and was a cosmetician at Eckerd Drugs.  Reva was a longtime member of Red Bank Baptist Church.  She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her husband, T. Broughton Parham; parents, Bertha and Sam Thompson; sister, Ruby Lee Rogers and brother, Raymond W. Thompson.

Reva is survived by her daughters, Lynda (Gary) Stewart and Ann (Chip) Kell; grandchildren, Dustin Broughton (Jenifer) Kell, Abby (Lyle) Schlueter and Annie Kell and her finance, Levi Worley; great-grandchildren, Katheryn, Caden and Kendyl Kell; many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 3-5 p.m. on Sunday, April 27 and again on Monday from 3-4 pm at the North Chapel.

Services for Reva will follow at 4 p.m. on Monday, April 28 at the funeral home chapel with Dr. Sam Greer, Reverend Stephen Streett and Reverend Bert Jones officiating.  Burial will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.

Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
