Olden Goins, 80 of Chattanooga, Tennessee died on Wednesday, April 23, 2014.
He retired from Dixie Yarn after 10 years of service there and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his loving wife of 39 years, Minnie Jo Goins, stepchildren, Vernon, Dennis, Jimmy, Tracy, and Donna, several siblings, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, April 25, at Lakewood Memory Gardens-South.
His family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, and prior to the service Friday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hearth Hospice, 100 Mitchell Road, Fort Oglethorpe, Ga. 30742.
