Tamela Bufford
Tamela Carlene Bufford, 50, of Rossville, died on Monday, April 21, 2014.
She was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area and was a member of the East Ridge Seventh Day Adventist Church. She loved life and enjoyed being a mentor at Lakeview Middle School as well as being a Bible Study Teacher. She enjoyed camping, dancing and was a loving and devoted daughter, wife and mother who will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
She was preceded in death by her father, Albert Lee Richardson and grandparents, Luther and Beatrice McCullough.
Survivors include her loving husband of more than 12 years, Robert Bufford of Rossville; mother, Barbara Ann Hagan of Lookout Mountain; her son and daughter-in-law, Clint and (Nikki Jackson) Bradford of El Paso, Tx., three stepsons, Robert Austin Bufford of Rossville, and Chris King and Jeremy King, both of Fort Oglethorpe; sister, Natalie Richardson Trudo "Skeeter"; brothers, Troy Richardson and Nathan Richardson all of Lookout Mountain; and several nieces and nephews, Nicole Pinkerton Song, Luke, Zac, Josh and Calli Richardson, Brittany Allen, Samuel Morrow, Nicholas Richardson and Thadeaus Richardson.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 25, in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel with Brother Steven Grabiner officiating. Burial will follow in the Paynes Chapel Cemetery.
The family will begin receiving friends after 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, and prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.
