Matthew 28 Text For Easter Message At St. John United Methodist

Dr. Kenneth LaDuke will use as his text Matthew 28:1-6 for his Easter Sunday message at the 8;30 and 10:30 a.m. services at St. John United Methodist Church, 3921 Murray Hills Drive.

The Journey Class will begin a study of the book, "Making Sense of the Bible," by Adam Hamilton April 27.  At a brunch Sunday the books will be handed out. For information contact Tom or Peggy Moyer at 423-843-3220.

Maundy Thursday, 7 p.m., there will be a play performance of the reenactment of the Last Supper.

Good Friday, 7 p.m., Tenebrae service of darkness will be held.
